Due to health issues James, Bilbo’s Aftercare Manager, will be working from home for the foreseeable future. 

Bilbo’s is committed to our warranty and customer care, but for the time being we will be adapting our service.  Bilbo’s requests that any bookings, general aftercare questions or parts enquiries please be made by e-mail to aftercare@bilbos.com, where one of our team will contact you by the end of the next working day. Please remember to include your full name, contact number, Bilbo model and registration number on the e-mail.

Aftercare hours are Tuesday – Friday 10 am – 1 pm.

Bilbo's are no longer able to take in campers prior to 2010 registration for any remedial work including habitation checks. Please click HERE to find your local National Caravan Council (NCC) Approved Workshop.
