| Bilbo's have once again added to their constantly developing range of Volkswagen based conversions and in October 2007 launched the Bilbo's 'Elegans'. Built on the long wheel base with Bilbo's trademark side elevating roof, they have managed to acheive a four seater everyday vehicle with a spacious seating/dining area, central kitchen with top loading compressor fridge, grill, 3-burner hob and sink along with ingenious storage area, rear wardrobe and onboard cassette toilet. As with Bilbo's complete range fresh and waste water tanks, power management system, 240v mains system with charger, 12v socket, various lighting and many more little features are included. | Last year our long wheel base Komba won this award, but this year our latest design based on the Mercedes-Benz Viano has scooped the prize! The Bilbo's - Westfalia conversion 'De zine' has faught off 'rivals' in winning this 'Which Motorcaravan' award, so we're keeping it in the family!
